August was a busy month for the Young Adult Carers’ Project with 2 workshops hosted by Create.

The Visual Arts project focussed on the theme of identity and used photography to create a stunning visual publication.

Over three days, participants were involved in discussions about the self and emotions, had a tour of Eden Walk shopping centre including the basement which is normally a restricted area, carried out staged photography and edited from a vast array of material to create a final publication they could share with friends and family.

It was fantastic to see such great team work and growing confidence in photography.
