KCN runs monthly groups to give carers the chance to chat with others who may be in a similar situation to themselves. It is a friendly opportunity to share stories and tips in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Covid-19 Update

We have unfortunately had to cancel all our face-to-face Support Groups until further notice. We will update this page as soon as normal service resumes.

Whilst we are not able to meet in person, we are running our support groups and "Chats" via Zoom.

To use Zoom, a smartphone, tablet or computer/laptop that can connect to the internet is required. If you haven't used Zoom before, we can help you get set up.

If need any technical support to get set up on Zoom, please contact Lou by emailing carers6@kingstoncarers.org.uk
