As you may know, Kingston’s Carers’ Strategy is being refreshed to make sure everyone works together to recognise
the enormous contribution of Kingston’s carers, of all ages, and to find the best way to provide the support you need.
The strategy will be created in partnership by young and adult carers, Kingston Council, Kingston Carers’ Network, health partners in South West London Clinical Commissioning Group and other voluntary sector organisations. It will be a 3 year plan for supporting carers of all ages, including young and young adult.
It is so important that your voices are at the centre of how we plan services and support in the future. You are the experts, and we would very much appreciate your time in giving us your points of view, by taking a few minutes to complete this survey. Your responses are anonymous.
